fall in love with someone who makes you laugh or you’re gonna be really fuckin bored when you’re 80 years old, with a broken hip, and sex is impossible.

This was beautiful to read

Really tired of seeing the words ‘underage’ and ‘minor’, ‘paedophile’, ‘predator’ and  ‘rape’ in all these articles/posts about James Franco. It was stupid & creepy in a lot of peoples eyes considering the age gap but he did nothing illegal o_O. The girl is Scottish & in the UK the legal age of consent is 16 so she’s legally not a minor or underage in Scotland. She was in New York but i do believe the legal age of consent there is 17 so again she’s not legally underage or a minor in New York either. Also apparently he asked her how old she was, asked if she wanted to meet & if she was single and stopped messaging her when she declined. So why are these words being thrown around so lightly when, apart from making bad decisions for his own personal reputation, he did nothing wrong.

Since when does hitting on someone of legal age and taking no for an answer with no pressure or threat or bribe etc constitute rape?

Ridiculous
